Magnolia Information 

   Located in Oconee County near the middle of Lake Keowee, Magnolia Place is located off of Knox Rd. and  Highway 188, approximately 8 miles from Seneca.  Magnolia Place features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths on the two main floors.  Magnolia Place has a gentle walk to the lake, magnificent views of the big water and the mountain ranges.

   This 3 level brick home currently features:  On the main floor are 3 bedrooms, two baths, greatroom, kitchen, dining room and laundry room; On the second floor are two bedrooms, two baths and the loft entertainment center:  On the lower level, 2 bonus rooms grace the lake side of the home with an additional full bath, one half bath and two shower rooms.  The lower level also has a family room, billiard room and entertainment area.  For added convenience there is also several game tables, a second refrigerator and second washer and dryer on this level.

   Magnolia Place was built for our family and friends to enjoy, designed to meet your needs in your home away from home.  Magnolia Place features over 5000 sq. ft on three floors.  The main floor has an 18 x 24 foot great room, with gas fireplace, big screen TV, VCR and DVD and 19 ft ceilings.  French Patio Doors lead from the great room to a 10 x 24 foot deck facing the lake.  The kitchen and dining room area is 15 x 24 ft with Cherry cabinets and solid surface (quartz) countertops.  The main area of the home features hardwood floors. (24x38- kitchen, dining, greatroom.) The master bedroom suite is 16 x 18 with a 6 x 12 walk in closet and master bathroom suite 10 x 12 with whirlpool bath, shower, double sink and tile floor.  A 10 x 16 foot deck also sits on the lakeside of the master bedroom through French patio doors.  The main level also has two additional bedrooms, bath, and laundry room. 

   The second floor features a loft area complete with an entertainment area for the kids with TV, VCR, DVD and room to hook up your game system.  Also on the second floor are two bedroom suites off of the loft area, complete with private baths.  The basement level has a walkout French patio door, with easy access to the boat dock from this level.   The family room, billiard room, entertainment area and 2 bonus rooms give this home plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourselves.  

   Magnolia Place will sleep 17+ people, but 17 is our limit.  (King bed in the master, queen bed in one main floor bedroom-facing the lake and the other main floor bedroom-facing the road has a twin bed bunked over a full size bed to sleep 3.  Loft bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a futon bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin on top.  Loft bedroom 2 has a queen and a single bed.  Both bedrooms feature private baths.  Additional sleeping space in the basement bonus rooms offers 2 queen beds 1 full size bed and two twin beds.

   Ample parking for 2 cars in the garages and 3 in front of the garages with additional parking behind the house on the lower level.

   Your stay at Magnolia Place is complete with a cleaning service provided during the summer. Family, friends and their guests are asked to leave the home in good condition with the kitchen clean.  Linens and towels are available for guests use, but guests are required to launder the linens and towels if they use them.  The cleaning service will take care of general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms.   A linen service is also available if requested at an additional fee.

   A large covered dock sits in the water, with room for 2 extra boats to be tied up. (Sorry, our boat sits under the covered area.)  The swim deck is 12 ft by 32 feet with 8 feet uncovered and 4 feet covered for both plenty of sun and shade to make everyone happy.  This dock is available to use free of charge when you are guests at Magnolia Place.  It is incidental to the use of the house.
